Small, south facing garden with a tiny pond. Access is via a twitten (alleyway), narrow path and steps. Garden includes two small lawns, lavender hedges and a jumble of old roses and cottage plants. A few mature shrubs and small trees but mostly planted in the last 3 years by beginner gardener.
