Ice Rink Site Proposals
New appartment hotel plan submitted but ruled invalid

A planning application has been submitted by Conran & Partners on behalf of Stoneham Estates to build a 5 star boutique apart-hotel in Queen's Square on the Ice Rink site. It has however currently been ruled to be invalid because insufficient information has been supplied. If approved construction would commence Easter 2012 with the opening in the summer of 2013. The presentation made to councillors can be found below. Note that the presentation states that the CMPCA has been consulted regarding this proposal, but this is not correct.
